Bunnies Needing Loving & Caring Homes

Dazzle & Chipper (medium & small size)

Dazzle has trouble with her hind end.  We are not sure what happened to make her down but as time goes on, she seems to be able to get up more easily and is even now trying to hop around.  We hope that she continues to make progress.  Chipper was a feral rabbit that came to us with many, many wounds that were abscessed.  He has had several surgeries' and is now finally all healed up.  He is EC positive and has been treated.  He seems to be holding his own and is just in HEAVEN now that he is bonded to Dazzle.

They spend their days in their box cuddling and just hanging out with each other were they both seem very happy.  They will live out the rest of their lives at Rabbit Haven were they will continue to be loved and cared for.

Please consider making a donation towards their care. The donations links, "Just Give" & "PayPal" are located on the right hand side.  Thanks for your consideration.

Dazzle & Chipper live at our Gig Harbor facility.

Jimmy & Boo (medium & small size)

Meet our new resident little English Lop with extraordinary medical needs.  Little Jimmy is asleep on his "good" side so his little front legs don't quite reach the ground when he sleeps like this.  The next picture is Jimmy & Boo who are very bonded now.  Boo has EC and permanent head tilt but Jimmy doesn't care.  He just likes to have this wonderful little black bunny run up to him, lick his head & ears and then flop down next to him to just snuggle.  The only problem is she wants to get under those wonderful ears of his and it just tickles him to much

Jimmy was found in a chicken coop with his back broken and was being pecked by all the chickens.  He was just looking for some food and how he made it this far we don't know.  Why someone could throw out a little bunny like this is beyond us.  He had the worst parasites our vet had ever seen & we were not sure he would make it but he did.  He will eventually need to get a wheelchair and stills has many medical procedures to go through.  We are asking for support & contributions for his medical care.  We use the donations we get through PayPal's for vet bills and we have only $25 left.  Any help, even $5 will help in his care. Please keep checking back to follow his progress as he battles on. He is so brave and is a real sweetheart.

The donations links, "Just Give" & "PayPal" are located on the right hand side.  Thanks for your consideration.

Jimmy & Boo live in Carnation.

T-Bear & Bonnie  (small size)

T-Bear has had several strokes and continues to keep fighting.  Little Bonnie helps out by holding Bear up to eat and helping him not go in circles.  Because she is so small, she sometimes goes around & around with him until he can get his bearings again.

Please consider making a donation towards their care. The donations links, "Just Give" & "PayPal" are located on the right hand side.  Thanks for your consideration.

T-Bear & Bonnie live at our Carnation facility.

Tribble & Troy (large & small size)

Tribble & Troy (our Star Trek bunnies) came to Rabbit Haven because their owner was shipped out to sea to server in our military.  They have been well loved but are now living at Rabbit Haven on a permanent basis.  Tribble, the large French Lop, is a special needs bunny now.  He had to have his front teeth removed from a very bad infection but he is doing wonderful now and still loves to eat.  He is also fighting a foot infection that is slowly getting better.  Little Troy is his constant companion and loves him very much, even though she is only about 1/3 of his size!

They are looking for a home of their own with a family that has experienced with rabbits.  Tribble will continue to need care for his foot that consist of putting medicine on his wound and wrapped it to keep it clean.  Otherwise he is in good health.

Both Tribble & Troy like attention and seem to really thrive being petted and loved.  If you would like to meet this special pair, please e-mail Angie at angie@rabbithhaven.org to set up an appointment.

This pair is at our Gig Harbor facility.
