Pinto found the perfect home!

Here's an update from Pinto's new human, and we hope to have photos (or even a video? dare we hope?) soon:

Dave here. Pinto seems to be doing pretty good. We have him set up in
the living room in a huge dog crate [which we'll be adding a second
level to today, whee] and the door stays open all the time except when
we sleep. He's spending less time hiding in his box and actually came
out to zoom around the apartment and play in the blinds for a while. Now
he's hanging out behind the fireplace, and seems pretty content. Also,
he's doing great with his litter box. He hasn't had a single accident
outside of his cage either. Thanks again for all of your help and being
so gracious...thanks for doing what you do. Keep up the good work!

Pinto, being smothered by love and affection.We love this success story, because Pinto was so shy we feared he would never be adopted. But his new family has brought him out of his shell, and he's become an affectionate, social, snuggle-bunny. What a great success story!
