Edmund & Truffle

Edmund and Truffle and....SALLY!

Yay! Sally fell in love with Edmund and Truffle and they are all happy in Sally's home!

This email brought tears of joy to our eyes:

I just wanted to tell you that I am in LOVE... These little muffins are the sweetest!!  I'm leaving Truffle alone for now and letting her come sniff me and check me out on her own.  Edmund is such a little snuggle-bunny.  He sat with me and nuzzled in my neck for over an hour and I even got a little lick out of him!  I am hoping with enough time and attention Truffle will be comfortable enough to hang out with me like that too :)

I am so happy I get to care for these little fluffballs - thank you SO much!  I will update you with photos.

Sally

And here are super-cute adoption-day photos. Keep 'em coming, Sally!

Here's our original posting about these cuties:

Small, spunky...and fuzzy.

Edmund, on the right, proves that real men can wear skirts.

Edmund and Truffle are a delightful, lively couple who love to go on binky-excursions out on the grass. Edmund catches some serious air—behind all that fuzz resides the heart of an Olympic high-jumper.

Edmund is 2 years old and he is extra floofy, as you can see. He needs extra grooming (as many gentlemen do) to tame his mane. Truffle is a lionhead mix…and of course this means she is full of spirit and bunnitude. Truffle is only 14 months old, and she is still a little shy but getting friendlier every day. She was just a tiny baby when she was introduced to Edmund, who accepted her as his beloved lady-friend almost immediately.

These intrepid explorers came from the Olympia Humane Society, where their safari-ing days were numbered. Now that they are residing in their apartment at Rabbit Haven, they enjoy spending their time honing their cuteness and fluffiness skills. While they are safe and secure here, they long for their own home. They’d like a place where they can have some space that’s easy to tidy up, as they are still working believing us when we tell them that kicking their litter out of their box is not the most gentlemanly and ladylike behavior. Their new enclosed litter box is helping quite a bit.

And here's Truffle, assuring Edmund that his manly skirt does NOT make his butt look fat. Clearly, she's lying.Edmund, after a grooming session of which he clearly disapproved.Truffle, wondering if she should think about getting her haircut fixed. Baby photos! How cute are they?!

You missed out on Edmund & Truffle...but have no fear! We have plenty of awesome adoptables ready and waiting for YOU!
